foreclosure investing 101
last week i mentioned my trip to evanston for a borrower interview with chicago public radio. it ran this morning on morning edition AND 848! read it and listen to it here.

Foreclosures are rampant everywhere, I guess. It's like the plague here in the northern part of Minneapolis. I can't believe those evil bastards who think it's fun to take advantage of people like that! Way to go, NTIC. More power to you.
